Well, to be frank with you,as at the time of writing this article, it is against Paypal's TOS (Terms of Service) to do exchanges of any kind with a Paypal account. This simple means that you are not legally allowed to exchange funds in your Paypal account with other e-payment methods. I guess this is the MAIN reason why NO LEGIT sites exist that will allow you to buy liberty reserve with your paypal funds.
Sometimes back, http://www.betterxchangers.com/ allows you to buy liberty reserve with your paypal funds BUT THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN STOPPED.
SO, HOW CAN I BUY LIBERTY RESERVE WITH PAYPAL?
Well,my own trick is to find someone that has liberty reserve to sell in exchange for paypal funds. When you find someone you can trust to transact with, negotiate with the person and get your deal sealed. All you just have to do is to transfer funds from your paypal account to the person's paypal account and the person will then transfer money to your liberty reserve account, based on your negotiation.
You can try different forums, craiglist and even facebook marketplace to find people that might be interested in transacting with you.
