List of Globacom Outlets In Nigeria, Buy Glo Modem for N5000

Globacom Nigeria has announced a reduction in the price of its 3G Internet modem from N8,500 to N5,000, making it the most affordable product of its kind in the market.

The modems are available in all Gloworld Shops nationwide and some selected dealers.

Visit http://www.gloworld.com/findashop.asp for the list of Globacom Nigeria Outlets/shops in Nigeria.

The company also reduced the monthly rental fee for its Always Max plan from N10, 000 to N7, 500 and increased the data volume for the package which gives all-day internet access for 30 days with 6GB instead of the former 5GB.

The Always Max has been helping me save of N2,500 every month while also allowing me to do more with the increased data volume.

Read, http://www.ogbongeblog.com/2010/10/how-to-browse-on-blackberry-with.html for how to activate Blackberry services using Globacom Nigeria and check out http://www.ogbongeblog.com/2011/01/new-globacom-blackberry-bundlesrates.html for the new Globacom Blackberry Bundle rates ( the cheapest in the country as at today)

Note: You can use your bundles on your modem and on your phone. I use "Glo Always Micro" ( 150mb for N1000) on my Nokia phone and works perfectly on my modem too.

When you unlock your Glo Modem, you can use MTN, Etisalat and Airtell SIM cards on it unlike some Fastlinks modems which will not work with a Glo SIM even after unlocking them. If you want to unlock your 3G modem, visit : http://www.ogbongeblog.com/2010/06/unlock-3g-modemunlock-mtn.html

I hope this info helps...
