Blogging in 2012 has to be different from how it was last year for everyone who wants to get good results this season. I have been blogging for some years now and I can say I have passed through some challenges and overcame some due to the fact that, I study them candidly and tried not to make those mistakes again.
Last year was a year many bloggers can refer to as an unsuccessful year for them while some group of bloggers can still say they’ve achieved something meaningful during that time. I personally can say that last year was a great year for me as well because it was the year my main blog was launched and the site is now amongst the top technology blogs on the internet now.
After the site, I made up my mind to start another new blog which is now on in developmental stage for now.
What have you planned to achieve this year with your blogging efforts?
I hoped you’ve planned something great and bigger than that of last year because this year has to be a better one and you need to work harder this year to achieve a lot more than that of 2011.
In this article, I shall be sharing with you three tips to help you get more traffic to your website even while you are sleeping without hassle. These are the things I shall be doing in this year and I believe you can as well do something like that to help your blog become a successful one.
1. Write quality contents on my blog regularly
One thing I will keep on doing this year just like last year is to focus on writing more contents on my blog, and also make sure that no day passes without a post on my blog. I believe that with this, my blog will continue to rank better on search engines, and also perform well in terms of page rank.
And the overall purpose of doing it will be achieved – which is to give my blog readers useful contents, they can read to help them live a wonderful life.
2. Network with other bloggers
Networking is said to reduce “leg working”, and I will make proper use of it this year by making sure that I network with as many other bloggers as I can to help my blog grow, and also help me know more people.
Trying to network and share with others will enable me to learn new things, and also give me the ability of exploring new world of internet.
3. Focus more on social media sites – such as Google+ and Facebook
Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter are known to have engaged in rivalry for the past few years but last year, Google released its own version of social site which many accepts with both hands. Though, the site is new in the market, but it is still among the best of social sites on the internet with the latest SEO benefits which Google recently announced. Instead of wasting most of my time on other social sites, I’d rather spend some of those times on Google plus and Facebook to drive more traffic to my blog.
In conclusion
Getting traffic doesn’t have to be too hard on you if you know the right method to use and that is why I shall be making use of these techniques to help me increase my traffic and also to build my website for better search engine ranking position.
