Recently, I explained how to hide photos on Blackberry using the PrivatePhotos app. In the comments, Tomiwa asked if I know any app that can hide videos. I told him to try "private files" app, which is not a free app. On the same post, Ahmsta mentioned that he uses the free Blackberry "Files" app to hide pictures on his BB. I decided to explore the "files" app and fortunately for me, I discovered that it can also hide videos on Blackberry smartphones.
So, if you've got private and secret videos you want to hide from anyone that scrolls through the videos folder of your BB, you can hide/unhide them without having to buy any application. The "Files" app comes bundled with most Blackberry phones. Hidden Videos are completely invisible to other and you can also hide folders.
So, How Do I Hide My Blackberry Videos?
==> From Menu, scroll to "Applications", then "Files" app
==> Select "File folders", then "Media card" (If the video you want to hide is on your M.C)
==> Select "Blackberry"
==> Select "videos"
==> Scroll to the video you want to hide
==> Press the "menu" button on your BB
==> Scroll to "properties" and select it
==> "Tick" the "hidden" box by selecting it
==> Click OK.
That's all.
If you check the videos in your Media folder, you will not see the hidden video right there.
Now, you can give out your BB to your friends without having to worry if they will scroll through your secret videos or not.
I hope this helps..
