To change your the feed settings of your Blogger blog,

==> Go to "Settings" > "Other".
Here, you can select how much of your content you want to syndicate.
"Full" will put the entire content of each post in your site feed, while "Short" only includes an excerpt from the beginning of each post. Select "Until Jump Break" to show all post content before your jump break. The "None" option turns your site feed off entirely. For more advanced options, you can select "Custom."
Hence, to add read more, select the "Until Jump Break" option. This will make your posts to be displayed as seen in the screenshot above, with a read more link, which when clicked, will take your subscribers to your blog.

ReplyDeleteI do not use blogspot again (but I sure had issues with this in the past). I'm pretty certain this option of yours is 10 times better than displaying the whole blog content in the email...that was my style!
