How to Check Globacom Special Numbers for easy modification

Some few weeks back, I published a review of the newly introduced Globacom Infinito plan; a “No Conditions“ flat rate tariff plan for all prepaid customers in any state and anywhere in Nigeria. Unfortunately, some subscribers always get the "List full" error message when trying to add their "One Special Number" . Well, there is a fix for this.

Unfortunately, as at the time of publishing this post, Globacom is yet to come up with a code which existing subscribers that already have Family&Friends numbers on their SIM card, can use in viewing the numbers already registered on a their SIMs. Hence, kind of difficult for some existing Glo subscribers to register new Special numbers. If you are using a new Glo SIM card, you will not face this problem at all.

So, what is the way out?

For now, the way out is to call customer care on 121 and ask them to tell you the Family& Friends numbers already registered on your SIM. Once you know the number(s), you can then go ahead to modify your Special numbers with either of the codes below.

NOTE: If you can't wait for 121 to connect, dial 171 , though you will be charged N20 flat.

TO MODIFY REGISTERED SPECIAL NUMBERS

Dial *101*2*Existing Mobile Number*New Mobile Number#

TO DELETE REGISTERED SPECIAL NUMBERS

Dial *101*3*Mobile Number#

*First time registration of special numbers is free. On subsequent change, N100 will be charged.

I hope this short info helps....hoping the company will come up with a code for easy tracking of special numbers registered on a SIM card.
