SSL Promo : Get PositiveSSL at Namecheap for $1.99 instead of $9

For a limited time, Namecheap is offering Comodo PositiveSSL certificates for the unbelievable low price of $1.99 for the first year, with purchase of domain registration, transfer or any other eligible product at Namecheap.com. There are no strings attached, and second-year renewal is only $9.

There are no SSL coupons code to enter – simply purchase any product at Namecheap, and during checkout, you'll have the option to add a $1.99 PositiveSSL Certificate to your cart. You can then use it for any domain you wish. The domain doesn't even have to be registered with Namecheap!

I was able to get two comodo positive SSL certificates for some of my WordPress sites this week for less than $5 ($1.99x2). I requested for the promo price via chat and it was added to my account. Thereafter, I generated CSR, verified ownership and installed the SSL certificate after it was issued.

About Comodo PositiveSSL Certificate

PositiveSSL is one of the most popular and inexpensive certificates in the industry. It's an ideal choice for websites such as blogs and personal pages that don't transact large amounts of user info.

Like all low-cost SSL solutions from Namecheap, PositiveSSL brings encryption, validation, and trustworthiness to your site. It also qualifies you to get PositiveSSL site seal; a small logo you can place anywhere on your website to provide immediate visual assurance that your site is genuine and authenticated.

  2. Yeah I know about this but the only thing is you need to purchase something else like maybe hosting server before you get the promo offer. If you want to buy only SSL it willbe 9$. But anyway I think it's still a fair deal

9 dollars yearly is quite expensive for a new blogger that is yet to earn money from his blog. the 1 dollar payment is just to attract prospective customers. it will be best for those whose sites are already growing in traffic
